    I have had mine for 14 months 1600 miles. I put 27's on it give it a 2 1/2 lift reclocked the secondary and changed the primary weights. It is smooth now I can cruse at 1mph if I want to. Mine is used for hunting and trail riding. here in Arkansas its either up or down with lots of rocks so the lift and tires help give it 14 1/2 inches of ground clearance.

      I'm not sure I'll pit 1600 miles on it in its life. Glad to hear it's working out good for you.

      @@campwhatsthepointWhy wouldn't you put 1600 miles on it?

      I just use around the property , almost like a work truck. Kidding bout never hitting the mileage but will be awhile

      It seems to be fine. On our property it's in 4wd alot of the time . But seems to do the job.

    Look into changing out primary clutch super easy to do and not expensive to fix the jerky on take off. I’ve had mine just over two weeks pushing to get it broken in to fully enjoy

      Seen that can be done , something maybe they should address at some point.

    Hey thanks for the video! We have identical machines, bought mine last October from Curren as well. I just hit 20 miles. It’s used primarily for plowing our driveway. Only issue I’ve had is recently the battery won’t keep a charge. Stay safe! Looking forward to seeing your next video.

    I have a 2022 that i bought in Aug of 2022 and i LOVE mine, i dont use it near as much as i did my last unit, i basically only use at my hunting club, i always shift into the gear i will useing when i park on a hill so i don't have to fight with it and i just did my first service since the dealer wanted 400-500 dollars to do it

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  ปีที่แล้ว

      Service was pretty easy. As far as the gear thing , like you I don't use park to often. Overall I'm happy with it.

      A after market , or oem. Try CFmoto parts USA for oem options. I'm with you a rear bumper would be nice.

    4X4 and L gear works for me all the time. The steep downhill thing is what brakes are for. You cant expect a CVT belt drive to not runaway on these really steep drop offs. Its not a racing or baja machine those dudes are more than 30K. Used for work and pulling a 1000 Lb trailer (with a load) on fairly flat ground is the duty for this UTV

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's worked out good for me around camp, but I don't have a flat spot on the property. Just use some workarounds. Thanks for the comment.

    Wow I have 20 hours on our 23 model over 3 weeks lol. We use it a lot, we love it and its our first sxs. However our complaints are - its very loud in the cabin. Im going to look at sound deadening and maybe a back window. It runs hot, it usually runs at the top of the temp guage running through trails in low. Ambient temp in Ontario has been average 22 - 25C lately. The shifter is a pain in the ass. I had a problem getting it out of gear the day i loaded it on the trailer at the dealer. Its been better but the odd time I shift to low, it doesnt go in right away and the gears will grind then pops in - which worries me. Its going into the dealer to get looked at soon.

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The shifting seems to have gotten better over time, it is loud , like you my first so don't know if that's unique to cfmoto or not. I've only had that grinding once or twice. Thanks for the post.

    I have a uforce600 I put a 2 1/2 inch lift bigger tires. I’ve had mine since November 10 of last year and I have put almost 5000 miles on mine in my small town and I’ve done about nine oil changes and change the front and rear differentials about five times so if you use it as much as I do Just change the oil frequently about every 500 miles and pretty much stay brand new and don’t buy the snorkel kit for it. You can make your own out of PVC pipe.

    I have a 2023 model, in low range normal mode going up a slight hill the top speed is around 10mph with nothing in the back. On the flat same settings 18mph, is yours the same, thanks.

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey @UFO , I guess it depends how step the hill is , but mine will run faster than that , I honestly don't run it fast or hard , but , It will go up to 20 in low (the fastest i run in low)up a incline. I'm no expert but seems that isn't right. Hope that helps.

    • @UFO-35
      @UFO-35 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ thank you, its only a slight hill, I feel there is an issue, the dealer is telling me its normal for the 600.

      @UFO-35 your welcome , have you tried work mode ? Does not sound right , but you would "think " the dealer would know. Next time I'm up at camp I'll experiment.

      @@campwhatsthepointhow does it do going down very steep hills? I know it is a cvt trans with a belt, but I know when going down a steep hill, if the rpms/mph gets too low, the utv will start to free wheel and it can get scary as hell. How do you overcome this and go very slow down steep hills? I am curious. Thank you

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your right, kinda counter intuitive to try and keep rpms high going down hill , it's kinda a by feel thing. I don't completely rely on it.

    thanks for the info, so would you say you are happy with the unit ? im thinking of getting one

    • @campwhatsthepoint
      @campwhatsthepoint  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I am , not sure your use , I use mine more for work around the land. In fact used it today to move cinder block. On the trails , what little I have rode it , turning radius seems large , where I'm at almost have to keep it in 4 wheel drive, but yes I'm happy with it. Once again use it primarily for working round the place. Trail riding can't really give you to much input. Thanks for reaching out , have a good day.

      @campwhatsthepoint  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If 1 being , you can talk at normal level , and 10 shouting. I'd say 5 . I was disappointed with how loud it is. There are videos of people putting sound dampening in.

    As per the manual you should never put these in park unless it's on perfectly flat ground. The parking pawl is a crappy little piece of crap. It says to leave it in gear and put the e brake on! Definitely a defect!!

      @campwhatsthepoint  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I agree , was initially disappointed, but like you said just don't put it in park anymore.

      Good morning,
      I don't recall what i said in that video, but i have often said that the throttle is touchy but doesn't bother me it's like having a clutch in a car , where you have to learn where it engages, glad you like your CFMoto
