yep with these you gotta build up slowly or even do a lot less reps always got recommended more than what i needed

This worked for me in like 2 seconds LOL, ahh.. Thought I was having Golfer's elbow. Was being annoying for 2 days at least. Took it easy at the gym. Felt even worse after gym. Then one glide all better.
