You are right. At the risk of repeating what you guys already said, and what all fans know, beneath the obvious technical brilliance of the show, the real MVP is the writing. The character dynamics and relationships feel instantly real, with time and moments given to reactions and interactions, even in this fast moving genre show.
"...and one day... ..this cities going to respect us." The animation kept me for the 1st episode but this line by VI entranced me to continue because the determination of her character and ideals, man so good. Great characters, plot, dialogue, pacing and not to mention the animation. Looking forward to the reactions and journey ya'll are going to experience, currently living vicariously through you guys.

Arcane is a masterpiece in every aspect. Probably the only recent animated show that I can say that can compete with non animated TV shows. Invincible and Blue Eye Samurai are great, but Arcane is in his own league. It has the best writing, animation, and voice acting performances (by far); the “cinematography” and scenery are gorgeous; the score and soundtrack are amazing; and the characters are all so complex, amazing, and powerful. With how these last few years movies and TV shows have portrayed women as being instantly more powerful than men, better without struggling, pushing agendas, have very little growth, etc (Rey, Captain Marvel, etc) Arcane doesn’t do any of that, and every woman in that show is a 10/10 character; all of them are incredible. I can’t wait to see you guys react to this masterpiece. If you guys are looking for some live action TV shows, then I know about some more recent masterpieces like True Detective S1, Mr. Robot, Succession, Dark, Fargo, The Leftovers, The Bear, Barry, Mindhunter, Hannibal, and Ted Lasso. I didn’t include Better Call Saul because of all of these shows, BCS is more famous, and most likely people have watched it.
God I hope they can maintain all that for the second season. I unironically believe that the second season of Arcane being bad (hell, even just being okay) would be the biggest media-related disappointment in my life.
@@kenjutsukata1o1 I doubt it. After seeing Arcane Bridging the Rift videos, the people behind this care so much about this project that I don't see how the quality can drastically drop.

They have a great way of making these animations move like real ppl to where you forget its an animation. Its incredible! When you said hey Ouroboros, I spit water out laughing 😂😂😂😂 caught me off guard! Enjoy that great ride! I love the way yall look at these shows no pun intended lol now I want you to post a review on "Squid Game The Challenge a Reality Game" when you get a chance. Nobody is dying, it's in English with no subtitles and I don't recall any nudity either. Real contestants, not across, in a reality game designed around the theme of the original Squid Game show just trying to win real money. Its REALLY GOOD 🔥📺🔥
Nah the fish hasn't been experimented on. Piltover and Zaun are just a small slice of Runeterra, but know there are monsters in this world and they're way bigger. They don't focus on that in this show so it's not really a spoiler.
I've been waiting so long for this reaction! 😭 I watched along with your AOT reactions from the beginning; and since day 1, I thought about how much you would love this show! It completely caught me by surprise when it first came out. I knew of League of Legends since my ex-boyfriend played it but that was about it. It had been a long time since a random show blew me away, and I eagerly waited for new episodes to premiere like I was a kid again lol
