I don’t understand why do several Asian countries open up new shopping malls but USA and Canada malls are in ruins and never opened up a new shopping malls for decades.
Maybe just a cultural shift. Hanging out at the malls in Bangkok is a way of life (and it’s hot outside).
Malls in the USA are outdated and have nothing on the malls in bangkok (MBK, Platinum, Siam paragon, Terminal 21, Emporium, Iconsiam, and Emsphere)

@rommelangus there are over 80+ shopping malls in Bangkok, and they have everything you need. They are clean and modern. Many malls in USA are dirty, outdated, empty, and many items are way over-priced. Also, they don't have many luxury brands. The food courts and restaurants in the malls in bangkok are 10× better than malls in USA.
