In 3 years, Bushy will attempt a lvl 1 randomized boss rush with ng+10 scaling, the wooden shield with no upgrades, no Torrent, all while blindfolded and deafened by headphones playing Despacito on repeat
maybe by then the dlc will be released and he can instead try level one no vigor no damage ng+10 the dlc.
Ng+7 is the highest it increases

Rune bear, red wolf, and magma wyrm blocking the basement to Fire Giant phase 2 was by far the highlight of this entire campaign. I don't think I saw anything quite so screwed up in all of your attempts. Watching that live was like having my toenails pulled out one by one.

the worst thign is that that was one of the ruenbears from consacretad snowfields, you know. the oens that have more hp than most bosses in the game (okk yes enemie scaling to fit whatever was tehre, but i dont think scalign runebears around does much about their HUEMONGOUS life barr)
My favorite parts of these videos is when the randomizer puts a boss in a better arena than the developers

seeing people in the Borealis fight saying "you don't meet the weapon requirements" in the chat when he was asking why his damage was so low have 0 idea how anything works in the game and it physically hurt more being there...
i mean, he couldve had a weapon that he didnt have the strength for, usually two handed it and didnt had it two handed in that moment. have seen that exact moment before and chat was right about it.
so like yeah, you couldve known it but its not the biggest "omg how cant you know that!" kind of thing

The sword he's using does split damage between (mostly) physical and (a little) magic. He didn't meet the intelligence requirement, so he just lost out on the magic damage, but not on the physical damage :)
Absolutely amazing run. I’m sad this video is missing a short cut of the attempts and deaths from the stream. Really paints a picture for viewers who might not have seen the multi-day drama and how tricky this actually is to do. Seeing all the deaths and a bit of the struggle makes the stakes clear and heightens excitement/investment

Got a stupid idea for a run, not even sure if there would be a randomizer setting for it, but a run where each level up you get is random. you choose to get a level and it goes into a random stat and you have to work your build around that.
Would be kinda boring since its easy to lvl up

Can you do this challenge but just normal spawns? I know for a fact that I would see a lot of weapons and items I would never see. I still love this format but personally I'd love to see a regular spawn run and see how you go about collecting certain items, or different weapons, etc etc etc, just as quick as possible. This seems almost easier because most bosses in ER seem to rely on either their very cramped arenas or very large arenas. Many of these bosses are not that challenging if you take away that advantage.
