hey guys- chloe here! just wanted to provide some context for why i opened up so few decisions and why they were all reaches!! (ignore this if you don’t want any spoilers…) so basically once i received the news that i got into washu and was a finalist for the scholarship program, i decided to withdraw from the schools i knew i wouldn’t choose over washu (so tufts, bu, wellesley, umich, usc, and neu). i did this because i wanted to do anything i could to let other people have as much of a chance to get into their dream schools as possible, especially when i knew i wasn’t going to go! hopefully that clears some things up 🤍
From watching quite a few of the college application videos, Northeastern is now a lot harder university to get in than before. They used to recognized as a third-tier, commuter base blue collar university in the early 90s, it is amazing how they evolved into a first-tier desirable university!
