    -120g Dark Chocolate
    -250g Unsalted Butter
    -100g Caster Sugar
    -2 Whole Egg
    -65g Plain Flour
    Texture 2: Chocolate Mousse
    -165g Dark Chocolate, finely chopped
    -250ml Whipped Cream
    -50g Caster Sugar
    -½ Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
    -2 Egg Yolks
    -2 Egg White
    Texture 3: Chocolate and Hazelnut Dacquoise
    -35g Ground Almonds
    -90g Hazelnuts, Roasted, Skinned and Finely Chopped
    -8g Dark Cocoa Powder, Sifted
    -4 Egg White
    -110g Caster Sugar
    Texture 4: Caramel, Vanilla and Chocolate Ganache
    -60g Dark Chocolate
    -40g Milk Chocolate
    -40g Caster Sugar
    -40ml Water
    -125ml Pure Cream
    -½ Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
    -Pinch of Fine Sea Salt
    -120g Unsalted Butter, at Room Temperature

    -10g Hazelnut
    -20g Caster Sugar
    Texture 6: Chocolate Caramel Cream
    -60g Milk Chocolate
    -60g Caster Sugar
    -60ml Water
    -250ml Pure Cream
    -250ml Whipping Cream
