@@jonathangoodwin5609 You get a hp debuff and a item you can use to boost poise temporarily, the hp debuff goes away when the poise buff runs out, you can repeat it to get the item and debuff again.

Just to help you a bit being over 70% equip load makes you slower and easier to hit wear some lighter gear until you can get the carry weight necessary for bulkier armor.

This game is honestly worth the praise not a 10/10 theres some stuff thats questionable but in my 7 hours straight today it is one of the most gorgeous exciting games ive ever played, no spoilers but if people stick with it omg. So much content so much to see definitly the best to come out in years
