ive killed this due like 18 times before i got the quest lol now i cant find him
It took about 20-30mins for him to respawn in the marketplace.

So I watched whole video for to still not complete the task🤦🏻♂️😂
I went looking for him and it was cleared out so I went to a different area and came back then as I was walking out of a gate they all respawned on the gate and I had like 10 aks pointing at me😐
