Can you please teach how to count duplicates by usind DCOUNT I want to see duplicate lastname and firstname to make sure the person did not import duplica of same person in Access. Of course I could eliminate this in Excel that even easier. But I want to do also in Access. The database I did not create and it does not have primary key. I could add it. But the dept does not allow me to do, so I have to work around. I always come across with very poor database design and sometimes I can't not change(no allowed)
