    Mustard - 1/4 spoon
    Cumin Seeds - 1/4 spoon
    Onion - 2 (Sliced)
    Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped)
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Curry Leaves
    Chopped Capsicum - 2 spoon
    Chopped Tomato - 2 spoon
    Carrot - 2 (Grated)
    Cabbage - 150 gms
    Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
    Coriander Leaves
    Milk Bread - 4 Slices
    Butter - 2 tsp

    Only a little bit of garlic per day is required to boost our immunity... Need not decorate and everything with Garlic. If without garlic just as made perfectly by you the Taste is far far better.
    A very nice presentation and Your skill is very excellent 😍

    Nice recipe Amma. Yes, garlic does enhance the taste but it is ultimately one's personal choice whether we want to use it or not. Anyway, it is also said that garlic loses its nutritive value once cooked. Only the raw form is beneficial (which most of us anyway cannot tolerate). You took me back to my childhood days!

    Mam, we can add pepper powder, instead of red Chilli powder..also it is better to put little butter on both sides of bread for better taste..

    It is alright to not eat onion, garlic and mushrooms maami. I don't eat them as it increases rajas and tamas and never allows me to meditate well.
