In this video, I will essentially tell you about converting a PDF into a DWG file. Using this method you can convert scanned PDF files into AutoCAD drawing files easily with just a couple of tweaks.
You can also use the tips explained in the video to insert image files as an external reference in AutoCAD.

I believe you are asking about "Design center" in this case. For AutoCAD design center can be accessed using CTRL + 2 key, you can also use blocks from tool palette which can be accessed using CTRL + 3 key.
I have following your video using Autocad 2016 but there is no where to import the PDF object. It looks is supported in higher version. Please help

How do you scale an image that you imported like this image in the video?
If you haven't figure it out yet? At the 0:28 second mark, notice in Attach PDF drop-down box. There's an option to Scale "on screen" click option (right side). Allows you to Scale when importing. Or if it's already imported into drawing, Right Click on object (pdf image) and choose Scale.

I do this procedure to attach an image, the quality of it its high, I can zoom and it keeps looking good when im in AutoCAD.
BUT, when i generate my pdf, and i zoom in to the image it looks blurry, nontheless the other stuff that was drawn by myself it looks perfect.
