Penang Murugar Kovil (with English Subtitles)

This video is about the largest murugan temple outside India. The temple is also called Penang murugan temple, Thaneermalayan temple, waterfall murugan temple, Baladandayuthapani temple.It attracts lakhs of people for Thai poosam, devotees carry cavadi and perform various rituals on that day. The temple has 513 steps to reach the top and is spacious. In the footsteps a meditating shiva deity of 27 feet is placed.

penang thaipoosam is more best than batu caves .the thaipoosam held at batu caves is only at the district but penang's thaipoosam covers half of the state you can see a lots of thanner panthals wherever you go because the duration that the chariot moves in penang will happen for three days
