    STUFFED PAN BRIOCHE BRAID Easy Recipe
    INGREDIENTS
    500 g of flour (best around 00 and around Manitoba)
    1 packet of PANEANGELI Mastro Fornaio Brewer's Yeast
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    250 ml of warm milk
    50 g olive oil
    1 egg
    10 g say salt
    1 egg yolk went to a spoonful of milk for brushing
    200 g of sliced provola (15 slices)
    250 g of sliced "Milano" salami (15 slices)
    sheet square size approx. 35x50
    sheet thickness about 1/2 cm
    cook for 35 minutes at 170° ventilated degrees (180° static)
