TIPS BY ME
1. Farm equipments by using skip tickets
2. Remove all equipments which do not have a red or yellow on the 1st slot
3. Upgrade the remaining equipments
4. Reupgrade so that the 2nd slot also has a red or yellow colour
5. Now do the same for the 3rd slot and youll get a Z or a Z+

Better way: use skip tickets until you get the equipment to 1 red or yellow space, you can save so much erasers doing this
Edit: you need to get a strong ability at the 2 left spaces to get a Z or Z+ equipment
