Excellent breakdown! Please make more of these type of actionable tutorials on content, love it.
Will do! Anything specific you'd like to see?
@Taskade more production use cases for people who aren't social media managers/content creators. For example:
1) Processing inbound emails for things like Summarization, Task/Action Item Identification, etc.
2) For tasks, identifying similar tasks that have been performed previously (i.e. "semantic clustering") and, thus, can perhaps serve as templates for the as-yet-completed task
3) How to provide examples of writing style/desired format coupled with variables/parameters for email drafting or task completion (e.g. "using this template and/or these writing samples, produce X based on parameters A, B, and C"
4) Adding custom Text fields to Tables (currently, it seems Custom fields need to have predefined options e.g. High, Medium, Low, etc). Not being able to add a custom text field to Tables is a HUGE limitation.
5) How to use Webhooks to integrate/import from more 3rd party applications (respectfully, not everyone uses Zapier/Gmail/Google Sheets)
Thanks for the recommendations and suggestions! I'll respond to them accordingly:
1. I'll do one for inbound emails once we support email filtering.
2. Could you elaborate on this? If I better understand the use case, I can create a more detailed walkthrough.
3. Could you expand on this one? I can do it, but I think I may have a different approach than what you have in mind. My approach would utilize Run Agent Command as an automation step.
4. You can add a custom single select field in Table View-we're adding more field types and automation feature regarding this one soon.
5. I can do this one, and I actually have one setup for another program and tool I use. I can do this one. We're working on Outgoing Webhooks so it might be smart to wait for that feature before I release it.
@@Taskade is it possible to explain how the web search agent work? maybe a tutorial showing how to use the SEO agent please?
Could you expand on that? Are you referring to web access for custom AI Agent commands?
Regarding the SEO Agent, here are a few articles explaining that feature:
- help.taskade.com/en/articles/8958458-autonomous-ai-agents
- help.taskade.com/en/articles/8958449-taskade-ai-assistant
Great video - I was testing the new automations feature out. And completed my first few automations. Really great stuff. Amazed with your work John and Team!!
Glad to hear that it helped! Is there anything else you'd like to see us cover for these sorts of tutorials?
Great tutorial and this is exactly what I needed to see moving forward! Looking forward to seeing more detailed tutorials!
I love to hear that! What other use cases would you like us to create?
@@Taskade Sorry for spamming but, since this tutorial seems to be a change of pace/step in the right direction, I figured I'd answer here as well:

Not at all! Always open to feedback. I responded in another thread.

Thank you for this!
Great video! Hope to see more like this in the future, the other tutorials are too short and fast without any explanation, and those in collaboration with another youtuber the contents are not practical at all
Glad it was helpful! Are there any specific use cases you're interested in? I'm more than happy to put out more content like this.
What tutorials would you like us to cover?
@@Taskade Please can you talk more about the limits of the free tier.
For example, is there a limit on how many PDFs I can upload at one time, and then have an agent go through all of of them with similar instructions?
Currently, there's a limit of 1 file upload for 1 Agent on the free plan. You can see the limits and comparisons on our pricing page: taskade.com/pricing
Can content be a 150-200 page book? I would love to automate a process of making longer books if possible.
Any suggestions for that ?
We have a 5MB file upload limit to prevent performance issues. However, you can split up the content into smaller segments as a workaround.
Please could you share some tips on how to make the most of the free tier.
For example, is it better to upload text files over PDFs to cut down on file size?
Is it possible you can tweak the free tier a little, in order to encourage more experimentation. Task lists, mind maps, flowcharts, kanban boards, calendars, and more are all great but I would rather use my one agent and five tasks on one specific project.
Any chance of a PWYW option in the future?
How many requests would you need? We have a lot of free users so keep in mind that when we increase requests, we're substantially increasing costs too.
@@Taskade - Ok that makes sense.
Can you suggest any projects that would showcase the abilities of Taskade while just using the five tasks?
Create a project using the Create with AI option in your workspace. If you're using it for school purposes, I'd upload your class schedule or syllabus and convert it into a project for you.
Then, I would compare it to see how long it would take you to create the same thing manually and how much time it would save you. That's usually how I get value for my stuff.
@@Taskade - I was hoping to upload a list of my personal favourites as a spreadsheet. Would that also be feasible?
You can upload spreadsheets, too, and we support a table view that gives a spreadsheet/database-like experience.
