I personally use yoomuus and the swiftness boots for rotations and getting XP lead over opponents those one or two minions of XP you get by buying fast and moving fast adds up around level 11 I'm 67% wr diamond on my server because I don't look at the damage but the XP scaling of yoomuus

Its pretty bad, there is 3 good choices: youmuu , collector , IE

Stacking it up so you get the crit.
Also i feel yun tal is fire. It gives AD, crit AND a ton of AS. No other item does that.
