If the drama of life is experienced as real, I become exhausted and even happy I do not remember everything. When some events are experienced as too painfull, I even can switch off the 'memory-button' to protect me from re-living the pain and create a blank in my memory. To protect myself from 'going under' in the depths of drama, I have to switch off the button 'that dramas are real'. I have to change drama into enigma to be solved. I have to remind myself that drama is me meeting growth... By His Grace and lots of effort.☺
