hey how did you add a dimension in between an orthogonally chained dimension. video is excellent.
Just select any object inbetween. Sometime we need to do a sort dimension for the dimension heriarchy if there are problems.

Hi…
I have an doubt on Hierarchy settings .
For example I have modeled some column members under one sub frame “XXXX“. In X direction . In next step I will copy those members in “Y” direction .copied members will be in under sub frame “XXXX” . Now I want to move these members to sub frame XXXX. How I can change ?
Please take note of the co-ordinate system. Check our video on modelling nozzle reinforcement. Maybe that will help.
You need to use Manage->Include to change between sub frame. Otherwise use copy and paste and delete.
Hi i created some sample structure and I was trying to create drawing . Found some error like objects are showing in single line like only center line is showing . I changed the representation style still facing same issue . Plse suggest
Follow the link rrsf from the view to RRST element. This contains RRUL that specify how the 3D elements look like. Look for the RRUL applicable to the element ( like GENSEC ) that you are after and goto STYF ( Style ). Here is where the look of the view is specify. Hopefully, we can get to a more detail explanation on Draw sometime later. Watch out for that.
You have to look at the Representation Rules which is related to style. Your administrator should be able to help
