When I watched this scene I felt like Thomas spoke to me directly. I felt anger and sadness about this situation just like Arthur. When they hugged each other, I burst into tears. At the end, when Tommy said, "Pull yourself together. We have work to do." I understand him. That no matter what happens in life, we have to move forward. Peaky Blinders taught me a lot of things about courage, business and life. Thanks for this masterpiece, Steven Knight. Now we Peaky Blinders rest.
This scene and the one scene in episode 5 when Unmade by Thom Yorke plays in the background this the perfect beginning of the end of Peaky Blinders. The perfect balance of emotion for what has been, and anticipation for whats next 😭
