If what you're doing with your podiatrist is working for you and you're happy to depend on external support and cushioning then his advice is probably best to follow! But if you want to restore natural foot function and maintain/regain the ability to do barefoot activities, it might be time to look at a second opinion 👌
Thanks, if I have OA in my feet then why would I want to go barefoot? I used to wear a lot of the barefoot shoes when they were the fad, had nothing but foot pains
@@somedude5353 That's the question that you need to answer for yourself - it's completely down to individual preferences and goals as to whether you want to be able to go barefoot! If you do then you need to follow a process of slow transition along with targeted strength/mobility training, which is what we're trying to communicate and help people with in our videos 🙏
Thank you. Excellent content
Glad you're finding value in it 🙏
what if you wear orthotics -due to feet tending to roll in - and I have a small bunion.. can you take on this change??
Will walking around barefoot more at home help?
What are the black shoes you are wearing in the beginning of the video?
they look like Vivobarefoot Primus
