So I was bored and decided to try it. Was planning on delaying it by three, until my first delay encounter was a gargolem! So instead of three I decided to delay it by six. After 6 delay encounters I turned on my pity and it was a gleam duskit!😂
personally for me, i just trust the game and don't delay pity, and by doing so I got a gamma nevermare, gamma metronette, and gleam dakuda, all in one day. crazy rng
i think pity delay is dumb as hell, but jeez, you're making me wanna hunt... i'll still test it out, but it's still seeming stupid. chances should be 1/16,384 for a gamma roam in an event, but that's for roams in general, so technically all of your encounters (besides daku) are 1/81,920 which is insanity. If you add up all the odds it would normally be 1/180,224, with event boost 1/36,044.8.

You wanna know your chance for an alpha roam in the event? At best odds, 1/3276. No matter which encounter. Every encounter has the exact same pools, same odds, same everything.

I actually do it every time by 3 encounters, I got a gamma volpup and an alpha protogon with it

I once delayed pity last year. Missed a GG Waba. NEVER AGAIN.
