I was 9 years old when this storm hit Maryland. Not a direct hit thankfully but I remember the winds and all the rain, it was crazy! The wind kept pushing water under our back door, so we had to keep putting towels down to help soak it up. It was so scary. We didn’t get many storms like that, but this one was very memorable.
