Cerulean Stallion no I haven’t played that game, I don’t mean availability in terms of micro transactions I just want a sense of progression throughout the game. For example, in farcry 4, to unlock the ability to purchase some of the best guns in the game you had to complete challenges such as completing all the radio towers. This gave me something to look forward to, something to keep the game feeling somewhat fresh all the way through as I unlocked new weapons that were better than my current ones. FC5 for me was great at the start but as I realised my character was basically maxed out by the time I was exploring the second region I felt there wasn’t anything new to look forward to apart from story and characters.
played FC5 to help get over my cat's death after 14 years - and even though I only played this in April of 2020, I still get intense nostalgia when I hear this music. Still miss my cat, but this game helped.
Dude, I completely understand you, my parrot Dasha died, she was with me for about 14 years, she was part of my childhood, she saw me growing up before my eyes ... even though I did not allocate much time for her, but all the same she was a good parrot, and when I think about her, I cry, because she was a symbol of my childhood, and if she died, then childhood is over ... (sorry for the mistakes if there are any, I am Russian and I used google translator.)
I'm 38 years old and just recently got back into gaming. The last game I've ever played was Battlefield Vietnam for the PC. My son is 4 so I bought us a Xbox One and ended up trying this game out and fell in love with gaming all over again. My wife even started playing Doom Eternal.
Still the best farcry ever, I have great memories from this game. Me and my aunt beat it together. Over about a week, we grinded everyday after school, it was a great time.
When I played Far Cry 5 for the first time, back in the summer 2018, I was right after the worst time of my life. In early 2017 my best friend betrayed me, and started to spread slander about me thus by the summer 2017 I had no friends and was public enemy no 1 in my town (amongst the people of my age ofcourse). In late 2017 I went to a different school, but because I live in a small town, everyone else was there too. So I still had no friends, and enemies all around me. Things started to change in early 2018 when I slowly started to meet new people from the villages surrounding our town that had to go to our school, and things started to get slowly better. My mental health was still pretty damaged though, because of all the pain the other guys caused me. But then came the summer of 2018 and it happened that most of my enemies left the town or were nowhere to be seen. I often went out with my new friends then. I also liked at go to my grandparents place cause their have like this massive orchard where I would just lay on the grass and think of things. And then also came Far Cry 5. The great game that aside from the great story, allowed me to have some real fun on the wild field of American country. So I had fun in country in real life and in game. But the important part here is the music - I felt in love with it. So calming.... I then downloaded the tracks and listened to it, laying in that orchard. My mental health improved greatly with all these things in summer 2018, and then when we came back to school I was a different man, and soon after defeated my enemies - but that's another story, for another time ;) Hereby I would like to say Thank You Ubisoft, for this masterpiece of a game and soundtrack that really helped me a lot back in my mental recovery. Whoever is reading this, I wish you all the best in life, remember never to give up, no matter how strong people want to destroy you, always stand up to yourself, you are the best being who you are and no one will ever change that. Stay strong my friends! EDIT: Sorry for my English btw, and greetings from Poland :)
Far cry 5 poprostu jest, inny. Nie jest jak każda inna gra. Z jednej strony masz ochote zajebać jakieś auto i pozabijać jakiś ludzi. Ale z drugiej, masz ochotę się zrelaksować do tej muzyki. Tego arcydzieła. Taki jest Far Cry 5.
Started playing Far Cry 5 a few months ago, it's just such a peaceful and beautiful game. I could roam for hours and just feel the scenery, makes me want to live there in reality.
First time I heard this yesterday, I teared up in happiness. It's so beautiful. Im a country boy that lives by a lake, and listening to this just makes me grateful for God having us live here, and grateful to have my family, and grateful to be in our own little slice of Heaven.
I hadn’t played any farcry games, I had just heard about them and got pretty intrigued when 5 released but didn’t buy it because I thought it was too expensive just to see if I liked it, then when the quarantine began I was bored of my games and saw farcry 4 was on sale for about 10 bucks and got it, I enjoyed it very much, so last Sunday I saw farcry 5 on x box store for 15 bucks and didn’t hesitate to buy it, when I heard this song I thought “man I’m gonna love this game” it kind of reminded me the feelings Witcher 3 made me feel, now I’ve been playing it for a few days after running and I enjoy so much those hours actually I’m about to get into it right now, I just don’t wanna advance too fast because I don’t want this experience to end, I know the feeling you all talk about regarding the nostalgia, I’ve felt it with Witcher 3 every time I replay it and I don’t want that time to come with FC5. Besides all this I am a pilot trained in northern US (I’m Mexican) and even though the flying is not so realistic, flying around Montana brings back so many memories that it’s already nostalgic, sometimes I just do that for hours while destroying the red tanks when I see them. I’m loving the game much more than FC4, plus I know I’ll be hearing this song much more after I don’t play it anymore.
always reminds me of when i played co op with my friend. we’re twenty now, it’s only been a few years but it shows how much people can change and grow up in such a short amount of time. we don’t play PS as much and don’t speak as much. Man i just wanna laugh until i can’t breathe again... i miss the times where we would stop causing mayhem for a moment and just stand, stare at each other characters and have deep convocations about life.
A year ago my girlfriend had broken up with me, was going through a rough patch, and so this game was released with this beautiful song that brought me a lot of peace. 🙏
I feel u man, this song is very peaceful, I wish everyone in the world could just take a minute to sit down and listen to this for a little, songs can change lives and even the world.
I played this game while I went through a difficult time, can't believe it's been 6 years. Listening to this makes me feel so many different emotions. I love how every comment has it's own story and uniqueness it makes me happy knowing I'm not the only one who thought this soundtrack is the best
This game means so much to my brother we played it together I loved watching him playing too ! The ost's feel nostalgic to me Very relaxing much love to this amazing series ♥️
First time I played FC5 was in early 2021 on my PS4 in the height of lockdowns where I live. I had just started an awesome new job after several years of bad jobs and played this co-op with friends online in my spare time because I couldn't leave the house. In breaks working from home I'd play some of the campaign and leave it on the pause screen playing this music and the other calming songs in the background while I was working. Brightened up what would have been some pretty boring and lonely times. I've gone back and played it a couple more times because it was free on Game Pass and played on my XSX. It's a brilliant game and one of the few I've enjoyed going back to and playing multiple times and this music was a chill contrast to the game's often hilarious calamity.
Oh the memories...I loved the soundtrack to this far cry the most and the story was great. And seeing the title screen all moving and stuff just makes me wanna do it all again.
I get a really special feeling when I turn this music on along with videos shot by drone flying over Montana. This music is the definition of peaceful.
This game was so beautiful wasn't it? I unfortunately couldn't see the world of FC5 in all its glory as all I had was a potato - in the form of a 9 year old laptop with just 2 GB of graphics memory. I had to adjust the settings so much in order to be able to run it kinda smoothly, around 27 fps or so... Man I wish I had the money to get a good system to be able to play wonderful games like this the way they're meant to be played!
This gives me flashbacks of playing this game after a hard practice, pausing the game and just listening, unable to start playing again because the music is so relaxing. I love it
I am so grateful to join the community! Soon as i heard the pause menu music i told my wife who was watching that this was something special! Searched Far cry 5 soundtrack and was amazed at the people who felt the same way i did! Well alright!
I remember playing modded Minecraft. I had shaders, the music player mod, MCA, MrCrayfish's Gun and Vehicle Mod and a lot more. I used this as my Gameplay music, and would listen to it at hours at a time. It inspired me to build a replica of Hope County. Almost finished as well, but then my account suddenly stopped letting me log on. I had the right email and password entered - it just wouldn't work. And while I do miss it sometimes, listening to this reminded me of the fun I had building Hope County with friends.
Remember I was roaming around in between missions and saw a fisherman and just walked up to him heard him say, "Beautiful place, isn't it?...shame we're shootin' it to shit.", loved all the voice acting in this game they all felt so real, it's amazing
I never played far cry 5 but my little brother downloaded a background for my ps4 and this was the background and the music it brings me back to when I was younger and I still got to see my family
I really don't know why, but this song makes me feel like I've already been to southwest Montana, even though I've never been to America before. Still, these scenarios and this regional type of music feels abolutely familiar. Thank you, z3n Pnk, for letting me have such amazing experience!
Honestly, I recently started up the game again and found myself captivated by the main menu for a good 10 minutes, just enjoying the theme. It's genuinely fantastic; I adore this game.
0:00 I had the FC5 ps4 theme and this song played. I also had a habit of leaving my ps4 on when on my computer so for quite a while this theme was just a calm ambiance in the background, yet I never got sick of it. It makes me feel calm and safe in a weird way, even hearing it the first time brought a sense of nostalgia
This was my theme for ps4, and it gives me chills down to my spine, for it hits me back with memories 4 years ago when I used to go to party chat with long lost friends now, chatting about anything for the joy and interest of us all...Now I lost all my passion for gaming but struck me out of nowhere and I came here to recollect.
For some reason this music always makes me stay at the title screen and just drift away. It’s almost as relaxing as it is depressing, and as comfortable as it is uncomfortable due to it making me think about my past and things I could have done differently in life. It’s crazy how much music can make you feel.
Oh man. I loved playing this game with a good friend of mine. This title music gives me the chills. I unfortunately lost contact with that friend. I will never forget the hours we spent exploring the world of Far Cry 5. Miss you Robert.
Games like Ghost Recon Wildlands and Far Cry 5 really dragged me in their worlds with their great music. Come back listening to those Far cry 5 songs over and over again. Can't really describe but it's just something very peaceful. Wildlands and Far cry 5 were one of the few games where I actually walked through nature to witness and admire nature. Undescribable feeling with this music. Makes me both some kind of sad but what it does more is it gives me inner peace
January 2020... I had a resolution to take a break from all video games and go back to college. A few months into it and I was out of school for the pandemic, my business shut down, and I sitting at home had nothing else to do... picked a helluva year to stop playing video games... so I broke my resolution and got a digital version of this and binged it non-stop straight through while we were ordered to "stay at home"...night after night of just raising hell in, of all places, Hope County. This game will always hit me in the gut for it's nostalgia tied to the pandemic. But damn if it doesn't hit you again with some of it's social commentary and relevance. It's been almost a year exactly now since those shut downs, my business liquidated and long gone, my college career still on hold, but fortunately I was able to relocate and find a day job to still make a living. It's funny how video games get a bad rep from some, but they honestly saved me and gave me something to look forward to while my life was falling apart. Now that it's getting pieced back together I come to listen to this track, and remember when it all started to break, but making the choice to keep going no matter what. Somewhere in Hope County I realized that games and life aren't that much different, we just gotta keep grinding, steer clear of the crazy folk, and you might just get some beautiful sites on your way to the next level. Be safe everyone.
I can't imagine beginning to describe how many assignments and exams I have completed with this video in the background. Being in the Bliss while working is highly recommended! Thank you for this!
The years of growing up in ‘98 West Alberta. The back country. It’s some of the nicest scenery in the world. All these years later playing this and RDR2, brought me back. Went back for a camping out that way a few years ago. Cooking bacon and eggs on the campfire, brewing coffee, playing this on my phone and watching the sunrise, that was a moment in time.
I used to play this with my ex all the time, and almost every day we'd pause the game just to cuddle or go do whatever while this played in the background. The music is so beautiful and it hurts to this day. If you're reading this Abby, I'm sorry. I love you more than ever.
the music of this game gives me the good lol days, before back then when I used to play this game in my original town, it was so beautiful while the sun is shining through the window, and I'm just chilling playing far cry on my chair, those were the best days of my life

Joseph Seed was right about the collapse and tried to save as many people as he could. He was the good guy .
played FC5 to help get over my cat's death after 14 years - and even though I only played this in April of 2020, I still get intense nostalgia when I hear this music.
I stopped smoking weed and started getting my life together playing this

I'm 38 years old and just recently got back into gaming. The last game I've ever played was Battlefield Vietnam for the PC. My son is 4 so I bought us a Xbox One and ended up trying this game out and fell in love with gaming all over again. My wife even started playing Doom Eternal.
Still the best farcry ever, I have great memories from this game. Me and my aunt beat it together. Over about a week, we grinded everyday after school, it was a great time.
Your aunt sounds awesome lol. Even though I'm an adult I still don't play it around family due to how violent it is. 😆
Used to be my ps4 home screen , Oh god I miss those days so much
When I played Far Cry 5 for the first time, back in the summer 2018, I was right after the worst time of my life.
Удачи тебе
Far cry 5 jest specjalny
Far cry 5 poprostu jest, inny. Nie jest jak każda inna gra. Z jednej strony masz ochote zajebać jakieś auto i pozabijać jakiś ludzi.

Started playing Far Cry 5 a few months ago, it's just such a peaceful and beautiful game. I could roam for hours and just feel the scenery, makes me want to live there in reality.
I Love Far Cry 5

When you play this game for the first time and the vibes you get are just magical
It’s crazy how much power music has. From the first time I heard this it was nostalgic and captivating without ever hearing it before.
this game and this soundtrack cured my depression
Wow really .. I'm happy for you
i can definitely say the same thing man, this game means everything in my heart
As someone who grew up out "in the country" this music hits on a personal level.
Same lmao I literally grew up in Kentucky out in the boonies 🤌
this is so nostalgic is reminds me of sitting there at like 4 in the morning just listening to it play as me and my friend talked or i watched a video
@RXTakkar Enjoy it while you can. Shit flies by real quick.
First time I heard this yesterday, I teared up in happiness. It's so beautiful. Im a country boy that lives by a lake, and listening to this just makes me grateful for God having us live here, and grateful to have my family, and grateful to be in our own little slice of Heaven.
A Far Cry game is not a Far Cry game if you don’t hate the villain in the beginning and feel sympathy for them in the end.
When you start to feel empathy for him, you already fall in his mental games

I'm still revisiting this from time to time - Far Cry 5 has a special place in my heart
me too brother, it gives a lot of 2018 vibes, good old days
I understand you
Yah man like me I Completed the game 6 times and now I’m here listening only ;(
Sometime , I'd literally do or look out for side missions just to enjoy the game more and going round the countryside
i dont have the game but I'm going to get it some day but still i love thes game I never played it before but it's the best game I'v seen so far
Its so peaceful but when you press start it all goes down with that sound effect
When you press the start button, it kinda makes what I can only describe as a sound reminiscent of a ghostly whooshing sound of the wind...
always reminds me of when i played co op with my friend. we’re twenty now, it’s only been a few years but it shows how much people can change and grow up in such a short amount of time. we don’t play PS as much and don’t speak as much. Man i just wanna laugh until i can’t breathe again... i miss the times where we would stop causing mayhem for a moment and just stand, stare at each other characters and have deep convocations about life.
That’s life
Bro this is 100% me
Played this game in lockdown and man it's so nostalgic right now.
I love everything about this game, my favorite farcry. Reminds me of a different time in my life
I hope a good time
Still my favorite FarCry game. The ending is still the most memorable of the series too.
FC5 was my first far cry game, and I love it and have memories of it. Got me through 2020 and 2021 too
A year ago my girlfriend had broken up with me, was going through a rough patch, and so this game was released with this beautiful song that brought me a lot of peace. 🙏
@Tyler Jolly It takes a true man to come forward with his emotions. You are the pathetic one here friend.
@Tyler Jolly **laughs while crying**
I feel u man, this song is very peaceful, I wish everyone in the world could just take a minute to sit down and listen to this for a little, songs can change lives and even the world.
This didn't happen.
You really crying over a girl?
I played this game while I went through a difficult time, can't believe it's been 6 years. Listening to this makes me feel so many different emotions. I love how every comment has it's own story and uniqueness it makes me happy knowing I'm not the only one who thought this soundtrack is the best
This game means so much to my brother we played it together I loved watching him playing too !
The ost's feel nostalgic to me

Yup, this absolutely makes me want to start a new campaign!
Just do it man
It makes me wanna play the game again
i finished it 6 time's
@@islamosh nice bro, I’ve completed it like 14 times and it still doesn’t get old.
Yeah I finished it like 10 times but rn I’m talking a break from far cry 5 to focus on far cry 6
This gives me flashbacks of playing this game after a hard practice, pausing the game and just listening, unable to start playing again because the music is so relaxing. I love it
I used to have this music on while fishing in the game and it was awesome! Definitely one of my favorite soundtracks ever!
I come back to this every few months and just think about life. I hope everyone reading this has a great day. If not, just it get's better. Trust me.
I am so grateful to join the community! Soon as i heard the pause menu music i told my wife who was watching that this was something special! Searched Far cry 5 soundtrack and was amazed at the people who felt the same way i did! Well alright!
The beautiful landscapes, the simple kind hard working people, the bright skies, and this music takes you there. 😇😇
Can't even begin to explain how much the journey/world/experience in fc5 meant to me.. Mesmerizing feeling every. single. time😍✨
My boyfriend used to play this game a while ago and it really stuck on me. So here I am
:)
I don't care what anyone says, this was the best Far Cry. I only wish the campaign was longer

This game is just amazing especially on pc, fell in love with it the first 2 hours, I love this song
I never played far cry 5 but my little brother downloaded a background for my ps4 and this was the background and the music it brings me back to when I was younger and I still got to see my family
The feeling of open country this music gives you is amazing. You close your eyes and can feel the fresh country air and peacefulness.
I really don't know why, but this song makes me feel like I've already been to southwest Montana, even though I've never been to America before. Still, these scenarios and this regional type of music feels abolutely familiar. Thank you, z3n Pnk, for letting me have such amazing experience!
Bro you had no idea how much I've missed this music
Honestly, I recently started up the game again and found myself captivated by the main menu for a good 10 minutes, just enjoying the theme. It's genuinely fantastic; I adore this game.
damn, its really beautiful when i was at beach at night seeing waves while hearing this music
I just bought this, my first farcry game, and it looks and sounds amazing. Not played enough yet though, only done a few missions
My husband was a gamer (Godlava77). He downloaded this music to play in resting mode. He passed away 2 years ago and I LOVE listening to this!
I did the exact same. I had to change it because I would just sit there listening forever 😂
Even though it's just five years old, it still feels nostalgic.
One day in the future we’ll all look back on this game and realize we were there when a masterpiece was released.
Got this last year at the start of summer with a friend. We would sit together, just us two in a party, until late at night. Already very nostalgic.
Same here mate
For some reason this music always makes me stay at the title screen and just drift away. It’s almost as relaxing as it is depressing, and as comfortable as it is uncomfortable due to it making me think about my past and things I could have done differently in life. It’s crazy how much music can make you feel.
I play farcry 5 once and now this is stuck in my head for life. Completed the game in 34 hours and miss it so much. This is what I needed.
It's mid October 2021, and this is is still and forever a classic. Have a lovely day if you read this.
Nothing short of a masterpiece. Wistful, tinges of melancholy, and beautifully played.
So its not just me who have attachment to this soundtrack, this truely does hit with nostalgia man, whoever created this music, man peace be upon you
January 2020...
Thank you for this!
i look back at my time playing this game very fondly and this title music makes me feel very nostalgic.

I still just free-play in this outstanding game. It's hard to explain but the game is just such a vibe. It's honestly probably my favourite game.
Only when I saw the city mark, painted across with "SINNER", and heard this masterpiece music, I already know, that I'm facing with a great game.
I couldn't sleep last night. I put this on. Slept quite well. Thank you sir
