I figured out that at 1:06 you don't have to set all to true. You only need to set true in between controls (true) for it to work. If you set all to true it will show you any error codes it finds and notifies you. I hope this helped some of you that ran into some problems.
I'm not totally sure what the problem is. One solution I came up with was holding the Shift key and the button I showed (the button is called tilde). I wish I could be more of a help. Let me know if you find any success.
