- In Episode 8 of NHL After Dark™, Philadelphia Flyers center Claude Giroux masters our stickhandling course and somehow manages to avoid every obstacle (literally) thrown his way.
Next Week's Episode will feature New Jersey Devils goalie Cory Schneider, premiering Wednesday, March 23.
ABOUT THE SERIES: NHL After Dark™
The National Hockey League (NHL), the NHL Players' Association (NHLPA), and GoPro have announced an extended partnership for the 2016 NHL season.
This year's 11-part series will give hockey fans an immersive look at what happens on the ice during late night training sessions.
See the game from the perspectives of Tomáš Tatar, Evgeni Malkin, Gabriel Landeskog, Daniel Sedin, Henrik Sedin, Duncan Keith, Cory Schneider, and Claude Giroux.
New Episodes will be released Every Wednesday for the remainder of the season.

One of the best players in the league. He gets much less respect than he deserves. Even in Philly he’s probably the most underrated athlete of all time there. He’ll be the second best Flyer ever
The amazing part of stick handling the puck through all of the pucks coming at him was he side stepped and lifted his skates so none of the pucks hit his skates...incredible.
I'm no Flyers fan, and I don't have an opinion on Giroux really, but man, that was the best one so far!!

+Burkhalter Media Giroux is Canadian, no Swiss player has gotten a video like this so far. The only one I think might have potential is Josi, but I don't think he's getting one anytime soon either. There are still defensemen like Karlsson, Weber, Doughty and Suter I'd rather see.

+MrNeTrAcK I don't think he'd bring anything special to this series. He's still a good player, but it's largely because he's very smart and experienced when it comes to hockey, but neither his shot, hands or skating is the best in the league anymore. He just wouldn't make a very interesting solo-video.

theHockeyCZE Sorry, I can't view that. NHL has some stinking deal with the providers in Finland, I guess, so they've blocked their TH-cam channel here. Maybe he would make a good video, who knows, but I guess they filmed these before the start of the season, so they couldn't have known that Jagr is still as good as he is.

+Chava García It's a series, it goes on for as long as they've planned. Based on the trailer for this series, I believe only Cory Schneider (New Jersey Devils' goalie) is left, but since Malkin and Tatar both got 2 videos, I don't know if some others will too. Not that it matters, since GoPro has been uploading other stuff as usual the entire time.
