CW using QCX-mini - WWFF park activation (VKFF-1319 Glenrock State Conservation Area)

- CW at 19 WPM using QCX-mini QRP transceiver, BaMaKey TP-II iambic key and dipole antenna as an inverted-v supported by a 9m telescopic mast. Audio recorded using Sony ICD-UX570 digital recorded.
World Wide Flora and Fauna (WWFF) activation of the Glenrock State Conservation Area (VKFF-1319) located south of Newcastle, Australia. Activation on Saturday 15 July 2023 operating on 40m (7.032 MHz) and 20m (14.065 MHz).
Apology for the variable audio quality, I had some technical issues and the wind caused havoc with my antenna and telescopic mast. I have edited parts of the video to improve quality and work flow.

James just a word on how much I enjoy your no-nonsense videos. Great stuff James, I love my QCX minis! A lot of bang for buck. I have them for 20 and 40m. You've inspired me to use them more...
Thanks Andrew for the contacts. I also have 40m and 20m versions of the QCX-mini, as seen in the video, I still need to install the AGC module in both. I ordered a QMX and hoping it will be shipped very soon, 73
@@vk2ter Have you received your QMX? I am just building it and the build is quite more difficult than the qcx mini.
@@KirilMiloshev I ordered a pre-built QMX so am still waiting for it to ship (hopefully in the next few weeks). I struggle to find time building kits so went with the easier option. Good luck with your build Kiril and hope you get it working soon, 73
