The music is siren-like, captivating, beautiful! But the lyrics are her morning pages, brain dump.
She's always stressing on the points that she is 'free' and going with the flow; makes me suspicious. It's like she's trying hard to convince herself that she is those things. A few listens to her entire album and there's despair, pain and regret. I don't get the feeling she is processing any of her emotions, not even through her work!
She just seems to be putting it out there, unprocessed. Hmm.
