  • Our lungs bring in vital oxygen and expel carbon dioxide. But they’re also an important immune site. They filter the air we breathe, repulsing invaders and repairing injury. But sometimes these powerful immune responses overreact, causing diseases such as asthma.

Watching while I do indoor cycling cardio; thankful for my breath.
I have an asthmatic history. Since returning from Costa Rica more than a month ago I've had breathing issues. Shortness of breath and dry cough among the longest lingerers. Rather than old ways of dealing with oxygen treatments and dilators, focusing on increasing my immunity with exercise, diet with licorice root lately, and meditation.
Thanks for this great detailed video.

Peace and Harmony is the Fundament.
Thanks to All who have put their best in such Awareness Programs.
So can we say that different diseases are the kind of punishments that our Ultimate Body Control Center gives us some that we kind of deal with it and while searching for cure, we start learning and discovering our own body and it's Structure and start Appreciating it and starting to care more about the Unique Mechanism that Serves to our Wellbeing?
And once we do realize the Truth, the Body can lift that punishment and Cure itself, as all the Antigens and any necessary elements can be produced in an internal Environment by the Body itself.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and guaifenesin (Mucinex) are both mucolytic. (i.e. they thin the mucous, making it easier to get out) NAC is also a very potent antioxidant and as such it reduces inflammation. 600 mg bid is the typical dose for NAC. Both NAC and Mucinex are available without prescription.
