Las Vegas had a Casino called the Monte Carlo which underwent a name change to Park MGM. That may have been a chip from their Poker Room. The P item may be from the Pioneer Club Casino which has closed in Vegas. PS tell Christine H. We bought cupcakes to share, but since she no showed there are more for us. Thanks for a fun hunt. The 1926 replica is a Gold Sovereign from UK. They are beautiful coins. If the pearl has a 14k stamp that is probably white gold. So it may be you got gold as well as silver. A great hunt

That last find looks like the broken spring hinge from a pair of glasses, with some bling that would have on the outside edge of the glasses.

Another cool find! I also have in my collection a set of Alcatraz handcuffs I detected some years back. I wonder if yours and mine could have belonged to the escapees - John and Clarence Anglin? 🤔.

Hey B, All those pendants and even a snowman in SoCal! You fuond some really odd items as well. The doll sized handcuffs and gold hand are kinda creepy, but appropriate given Halloween is right around the corner. Looks like you had a good week of hunting. Keep Digging, B and C!

To me, the ring looks like it might have been a spinner ring at one time and the spinning part broke off. Nice video and lots of good finds!

I have been saving them for now. I have mailed some to people who have asked for a specific item. One day I may try to sell some and possibly melt down some gold and silver.

If the pearl earring is March 14 K there's a good chance the pearl earring is a real pearl with a gold stem
Let's hope so.... I have about 5 pearl earrings now but that is the only one stamped. I plan on meeting up with a jeweler friend by years end to show him all my finds. Fingers crossed

What does FIC mean on jewelry?
The clasp states 14k FIC, which is the acronym of fiery ideal cut.
That magnifying glass 🔍 might have been dropped by another metal detectorest.
I really want to get back out metal detecting but this damn hip is giving me too much trouble do you think you can send your assistant down to Florida for a week to help me there's A case of cupcakes in it for her lol

Great park hunt Bill we got those tot lots all over the place around here and probably 20 of them in a 5 mile radius of my place and they are like super popular during the summer times up here. We got them in rich and poor neighborhoods and from the inner-city to the rural state parks. For some reason we haven't ever done well in any of them! Think I found a broken bling bracelet one time. Hey how is that Apex working out for you? I got your SoCal sticker on my AT Pro and been using you as a test pilot on that Apex before I take the plunge on it. Hows that thing working out for you? How does it compare to the AT Pro? is the signal scale the same? or way different?
We are very similar in parks... I have gone to great ones and horrible ones. It is always a gamble and rarely get a valuable target. Lots of bling and so much trash. You should see how many times I film and it is trash. Thankfully it is not real film or I would go broke. I think the Garrett detectors are just like the Minelab in that they all have the same numbers. I really do like the Apex but I know the NOX much better. I almost always know the target with Minelab... I will probably get there with the Garrett. Seems harder to learn. But a lot of it is due to how much trash I have to sift thru....
