- For this First Ride we take a look at the 2019 Kawasaki KX250. Beyond the subtle changes to the color of the shroud plastics the 2019 is identical to the 2018 model. It is very likely that in 2020 Kawasaki will have an all new 250 to match its bigger brother the KX450. Although the bike returns very unchanged the MXA wrecking crew lists some likes and dislikes as well as fixes that we have made to make this an all around better performing motorcycle. I don't agree with MOTOCROSS action as far as the power goes its perfect me maybe not for a pro but I've been riding for over 30years and I've owned lots of bikes ktm Yamaha Kawasaki Honda and i sold my 2017 KTM witch was a great bike then when I wanted to get another one the dealer couldn't give me the deal they gave me on my 2017 so i bought my 2018 kx250f for 2500 dollars less than what the KTM and yzf were i couldn't pass it up it not electric start but let me tell you fuel injection kicks over way easier i have no regrets at all i ride single track and in the woods of south Carolina another thing that I like about this bike it's so slim when your on it special compared to the Yamaha yzf and as far as the Hondas go they made a big mistake going back to the dull exhaust like they did in 2006 most of us change out the pipes buy one cost enough but two no thanks

Saw them at the Kawasaki stand at a dirt bike show, really nice looking bikes small looking apart from that exhaust! Looks even bigger in the flesh it’s awful.

That's a neutered 250, not a real KX 250... I can clearly see that it doesn't have a bulge at the bottom front. KX 250 Magina Edition.

Where's the KX250 in this video???? I have yet to see one. They keep talking as if that KX250f in the video is it, but I dont care if they dropped the F at the end or not, it will never be a KX250, it'll always be a KX250f no matter what Kawi say. Kawasaki is straight up dissing their own product of times past by calling this bike a KX250. I'll forgive Kawi if this is a joke and they bring back the KX's back into production these next few years and add the F into their 4 strokes name again. I swear these Japanese companies just hate the thought of adding previously discontinued products back into the market which would sell out for sure, causing losses to their overall 4 stroke sales. Honda bring back the CRs, including the 500 and put them into the new frames. The 500 will sell out every year, and probably also the 125 and 250. I would finance and make payments on a new CR500 in a modern frame garunteed. If Honda did that, they would be universally recognized as the most badass dirt bike company out there and no one argue otherwise
