Excellent and pedagogic nice if you could show how to use GIMP in real estate editing. Its probably the laregst user group of image editing sw out there but all videos in YT for that area is PS and LR related. Its a black hole and for sure would be good if a talent like you could cover this empty hole ?

GIMP has fallen behind other software in some key areas at the moment, but I believe over time GIMP will get caught up and remain relevant.
