Does the model transmission mode matter much If you mainly trail but tend to mud a little and rock a little? If so, which would use choose and which one is the best place to start to add more components for the other activity? In other words, buy the MD version and then add the rock rails, bead locks etc or buy the RC and add the snorkels. I would think the rock bits would be easier to add. The main question is does the RC version say "rock" and "trail" versus "mud" and "trail" for trans mode and is there any difference in this setting for MD or is it just named differently? Sorry for the wall of question.
If you had the chance to buy a 2023 Maverick Sport XMR left over and save $5400 CAD plus 15% tax but wanted a 2023 Maverick Sport XRC because you never go where it's really muddy or need a snorkel and prefer to do more trail riding would the XMR be okay for trails? I guess my question is would I miss the XRC mode for trail riding?

Haha. That's not my decision. The powersports world is full of manufacturers rounding up for marketing reasons. Interestingly, the bike that I own is the Kawasaki Z900RS SE and that's one of the very few powersports vehicles where the name underststes the actual engine size. It's actually a 948cc bike.
I love my 2023 XMR. Everything I need in a sxs.
Cool Can Am vehicle Sport XMR. Being able to add a roof is nice. Nice review as usual, thanks!
Great review Peter! I've been talking to the guys at Torque about this unit.
Thanks for watching! It's a great unit!
@@PeterLoweOne It's sold now ;) Picking up later this week.👍

Hi Peter
slow down buddy, great video
I slowed down enough to take 3 days to reply to your comment. I didn't want to overwhelm you with my response time. 🤣 Thanks for watching!
Why do we call it a 1000 when it's a 900?

The 1000r is a 976cc displacement vtwin engine.
