    The Casio Pathfinder Titanium should also be a fave among the audience: great looks, lightweight, ABC features, and highly legible. Another great outdoors watch from Casio.

      nutnfancy I've got a Casio g shock that my now passed grandmother gave me back in 2006. 200m water resistant, solar atomic, and to this day still functions beyond my expectation. Found out it was only 80 bucks back then! Casio is easily my favorite watch by a long shot!

      No kidding! Just bought this watch at our local BX yesterday. This is bizarre. We did however return it because it was a gift for my son and I really wanted to get him an atomic function as well. Excellent construction and feature packed module. Value priced without the atomic function.

    Keep up the vids! I've owned this watch for 6 months, and wear it almost everyday. Has been a great watch, does protrude from wrist and gets in the way when working on equipment at times. Amazon for $140 back then!

    I've worn a Casio Pathfinder PAW2000T-7 everyday for 5 years. It's a slimmer version of the PAG240 Titanium. I find that it dresses pretty well when you need to look somewhat formal.

    I've had mine in black polymer since 2011. I replaced the resin band in 2015 or so. I have a few absolutely tiny scratches that have to be searched for on the glass. The paint is coming off the compass markings and I have little impact marks all over the watch body, but it still works flawlessly. It looks like it should last a century or more. I imagine that the titanium one is even more durable.

    Nice! I've been wearing this exact watch everyday for about 7 years. Heavy abuse including my job (construction) ,white water rafting, backpacking, dirtbiking, and at least one shower a day. Battery still stays on high, never a single problem with waterproofing including saltwater, and every function still works like new. It's actually annoying because I still can't justify a new watch lol.

    My PAW1300 has been with me forever. Can't remember when I bough it, but it was on sale at my navy exchange due to being replaced by an updated model. It's both solar, and atomic. Talk about durable. The thing is banged up, the outer surface is worn down, but I t still functions perfectly, and the crystal is still unscratched. I use the compass, temp, and BP reading hiking and shooting. It holds its own along side guys cestrals. No GPS tho. Love it.

    Hey Nutn', have a suggestion for a daily watch for an LEO (for constitution LEO of course)?
    Needs to be blue (any shade) or black, and I prefer a cloth band. Realistically, readability and durability are priority, but having a lower profile so it doesn't get snagged would also be a huge plus.

    I really like the new "civilian" patch. I've always liked what the "dumbass civilian" represents but didn't get it because several members of my family don't cuss. I'd personally consider putting "just another civilian" instead of "civilian" on your next order of them but that's just me. Also love the skeleton dude.

    • @nutnfancy
      @nutnfancy  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +Daniel Wood There's a version that says 'Civilian' and nothing else. It's a more red/grey colorway to look less military. Fits in better on normal gear. -Doodle

    Hey nutnfancy I need your help I am trying to find a new watch for me. I am deciding between a gulfmaster gwn 1000b-1ajf and mudmaster gwg11000-1a. I would use the tide mode on the gulfmaster and all the abc functions. I have watch your reviews on both, I am leaning more toward the gulfmaster, but I still need someone who has experience with both. By the way I like the watch reviews a lot. @nutnfancy

      +brandon toler. After I had it all done up someone pointed it out, i think it's down to the mouth shape a bit, but the detailing on the patch can only go so far. I'd like some tufts on the ears, along with more colors on his little paws, but the patch scale is too small. :/ -Doodle

    Great video, Nutn! Is it too non-PC to suggest a patch labeled Citizen? I'm remembering the definition of citizen from Starship Troopers. I'm not anti anybody. I love all decent, courteous people. I think that whoever we are, we should be proud of the good person we are and where we came from. But, being a citizen of the greatest nation on the planet is something to be proud of, isn't it? - Just asking... ;o)

Like my Owl Moral Patch. Thank you for the video ! tjl P.S. Eh, it prolly won't happen anytime soon. Oddly enough, the pvc ones aren't too popular, they're putsild abt 2:1 by the standard embroidered one. Weird, huh. I was gonna do a redux in grey or skmething of the shark to round out all my camo patterns with a few pvc ones, so you may see those in the coming months anyway.
