I would like to suggest that aug. 29 becomes GG allin day. Wear the shirts, blast the music in public, hand out your favorite discs free, carry around Jim beam, whatever. Tell everyone that GG allin day is every aug. 29 from now on.
The cookie monster is how I describe his voice in his late era music, arguably his worst era. Jabbers were a million times better than the murder junkies

@PharodWormhair sorry but 25 is old. old enough to start talking about how music isn't the same, that's old. the death of gg didn't kill music, just one of it's messiahs. one of it's rock stars. there'll be other ones, not like him, he is one of a kind, he was a breath of fresh air. he was our cute little monster. none of us knew who gg realy was, he created a rockn'roll character, one we could relate to, one i loved, but it was still a character.

true, haven't heard a band that has shook things up in a while, maybe hard core, or rough punk, will become popular, but i doubt it, raw rough sound is not selling right now, which makes it difficult to make it in the bussiness, maybe it's better this way, atleast as listeners, we have our own bands and popular music can't take that away from us. the industry does need an assault, true music fans will find the true real punk (and other) bands, but, it's not on the radio.
