Hi. I just bought this product. I am trying to configure the knobs of my keyboard with the knobs of sample tank in an iPad 5th generation. After following this tutorial I only manage to configure the feature as an on/off button. That's it, the knob only allow me to turn-on or turn-off parameters such as attack, reverb, etc. Can you help me to solve this problem? I would like to increase/diminish parameters progressively. Thanks!
No. If you are using any iPad Pro or even newer iPhones, this unit did not work for me. Falsely advertised by ikmedia. I bought the irig keys49 plus accessories and it’s been COMPLETELY USELESS.

Everything was great until the moment when I connected the keyboard to the phone - iPhone and pressed the + 48V phantom power button. After that, there is no longer any connection as before in the power mode from batteries to the phone, and only USB to computer mode works. This is a fatal error due to which I can not use iRig Keys I / O 25 and the applications that are installed on my iPad ????? !!!!! ????? Thank you for listening :)))
