    #1. Quincy is freaking hysterical and I love it!
    #2. I appreciate that you didn’t exploit your children and shielded their faces from the internet. You BOTH get Dad of the Year!

    I loved everything about this video. The reality of bringing babies to the park mixed with the humor of Dad-Quincy. Thank you for protecting babies privacy. I know a lot of hard work and love went into this video and I want you to know it is appreciated! Thank you AllEars team and Disney Dads.

    Shout out to the editor, and all that extra work to protect the babies’ privacy! This delightful video would not have been possible without that extra work you put in to make it happen. You always bring so much extra fun and humor to these videos, too! Totally appreciate you!
    Also, shout out to Dustin and Sage! That was a lot of work taking your very little kiddos to the park AND videoing it while sharing useful information!
    Also, also, Quincy crashing the video with Mortimer as the dad of AllEars was so, so perfect. As well as the constant sass about it from Sage. 😂 Quage have the best sibling energy.

    The "trash day" callback 🤣🤣 And I'm with Sage - why don't they allow you to take your child out of the stroller and you hold your child while they inspect the stroller? Like they do at airports. So happy the real Disney Dad, Quincy was in their video with Mortimer

    Hi! Disney Mom here who has actively used the nursing room. The contrast between the busy park and the calm, dimly lit room was much needed. I have both nursed and pumped in the nursing room with ease. I highly recommend the baby care centers in any of the parks, really. Anyway, just wanted to throw that comment out there for any moms who were curious!

      I cant even imagine the amount of effort to bring a baby to Disney world.

    • @amandafarrow1186
      @amandafarrow1186 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I probably should add that it’s well air conditioned, plenty of comfortable plush rocking chairs and outlets available for your pump or if you need to charge your phone. It’s quiet and has low lighting. At most, I had one other mom in there with me, so it’s not crowded or hard to find a spot. There is little info out there about these rooms so I wanted to share my experience! It takes planning and patience when bringing babies, but we made amazing memories that I wouldn’t trade.

    Such a dad to talk about stroller etiquette when walking and to NOT stop in the middle of the aisle 😂 same thing my hubby says!
    Honestly, you give some good tips for 1st time parents that you dont see in typical disney parent vlogs ie sitting near the back during shows, stroller parking and not taking edges, setting realistic expectations (cuz diaper changes and feedings will take up minimum 2 hours of your day), people mover feeding. Looking forward to seeing you guys taking them to tom sawyer island!
    I would add to your list bringing a small sound machine to muffle out loud sudden noises when they nap, also a thin muslin blanket to cover Stroller/bassinet when they sleep, stroller fan that blows near them to circulate air under the stroller canopy (not blowing directly on them).

  • @brittanydavenport9590
    @brittanydavenport9590 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +17

    You all checked at Dustin feeding baby on People Mover…but that would be my biggest advice for parents either babies, especially if you have other kids or a larger party! FIND things you can do and multitask! I’ve taken two kids ages 3 and 1 to Disney. And then we went again when we had ages 5, 3, and 8 months. There are attractions to do while napping. Do rides the taller kids can do with rider swap during naps. I was nursing our 8 month old. It was hot and time to nurse. My older two went on the carousel while I took the baby into Mickey’s Philharmagic to cool off and I nursed during the show! It was more convenient than going to the nursing room and I still had privacy in the dark with a cover. I did the same thing with Living with the Land at EPCOT while my oldest road Soarin’ I took the younger two on Living with Land and nursed at the same time. At Hollywood Studios, I took the kids to Beaty and The Beast while I let Dad (big Star Wars fan) rode Rise. I grabbed a bucket of popcorn for the older two and nursed baby during the show. Multitasking like that helps minimize “interruptions” and allows everyone (even Mom) to not be left out of things. So for parents with littles, search out those attracts than can serve as “breaks.”

    Great idea for a video idea, I want another one when they are toddlers and throw a good old fashioned tantrum. The best tip is to come with extra people. I think my kids were 3 and 4, and they were able to participate quite a bit, but we had a stroller and snacks and all that. But, we were part of a larger group with the grandparents. If you travel across the country and pay the big Disney prices, you don't want to spend the whole day on baby time. Let someone else stay with the baby for a bit and go do something that you can't do with a baby like one of the thrill rides. Of course, if you have a season pass and go regularly, then that doesn't matter nearly as much.

    Okay let us inform you Sage! It’s not so bad to do stroller security. Make sure that you leave anything that would make the scanner beep IN THE STROLLER! security manually checks it like a bag. Then push the stroller all the way up with the officer and walk through the scanner. This way YOU don’t beep and need further checking and you can walk right to your stroller and move on. I’ve got it down to a science now!

    granted it was a long time ago but since we are not local, we didnt' go with our boys until they were 2 1/2 . THis was a great time to go with them. Walking was passe by then so they were happy to ride in the stroller. They were free to get in the parks, eat at buffet's, and could ride so much. They loved character meet and greets. These are some of my wife's and mine best Disney memories (yes, the kid won't remember but... thats fine).. Oh yeah, and my license plate on my car is still to this day spelling out DisneyDad...

    We had three babies in four years and all of them were in the parks well before their first birthdays. Being flexible, patient, and knowing you will not get everything done is key. We always came with grandparents so the children to adult ratio is such that everyone can take turns, get breaks, and also ride rides. This was during paper fastpass and then fastpass+ days so planning has changed since then but tips I would suggest is really take the weather into account. Hot, sweaty babies and parents makes a miserable trip for everyone. Not worth a summer/fall trip in my opinion.

    Too cute and love the editors face choice with the backward hat and glasses on the babies. I'll add, every baby is different. We took my grand daughter the first time when she was 8 months old. She had no problems with naps in the stroller or eating but she was wide awake at night because of just being over stimulated. She was afraid of characters (still is at 2 1/2). She was able to ride a bunch of rides and loved all of them, I think it was just the moving cars and the music on most of them. Her favorite - CoP - yep she loved the song and just watching all that was going on. If you can't find a bathroom and have one of those huge strollers, just find an out of the way place, make sure the shade is up covering the little one and change them in the stroller (my son always has one of those pads you can slip under them). I babysat a lot while mom and dad rode rides and trust me, I did a number of stroller diaper changes. I thought ahead and had little trash bags to put the diaper inside of (double bagged it) so I could tuck it in my bag until they got back and run in the bathroom to throw it away. Probably could have thrown it in a regular trash can since I double bagged it but it was Sept. and I was worried about the smell in the heat.
