Why I started an smma - my trip to japan

  • Maybe this makes me a "guru" but I just can't give away everything I know for free, I'm sorry. I want to help people, but trying to help everybody requires a lot more time, effort, and energy than I initially thought. And doing everything for free just took time away from me running my own agency and I wasn't really able to help people because I was just giving 1 sentence answers to very complex and complicated questions.
    So, I created The Mogul thinking that it would be better to FULLY help 1 person, than to partially help 100 people. Everything, all in one place to help someone succeed to the best of my ability while getting paid for my work. I'm pretty confident I can bring anyone success as long as they are willing to put in the effort on their end. If you watched my free videos on TH-cam, imagine the value I would give you if I was actually getting paid.

    Thanks for sharing that experience. I live in Japan and the work culture here is truly unhealthy; I'm glad you were able to see this new perspective that changed your life for the better! You're an inspiration.

    Man I have a lot of connections and friends in Japan and the majority of them also have terrible working conditions like you mentioned. It's just a really crappy system where since everyone else also works like crazy, you're also expected to do the same. Remote working is not as big there so people still have awful commutes to go to long jobs they hate...
    It is wild. Btw I also visited Sky Tree in November but luckily nobody gave me a depressing comment like that haha

    High achievers go through multiple iterations of redefining what hard work means. We think we know. Then you find someone doing 10x what you're doing.

    The content of your channel and the vocabulary choices are amazing, but maybe you should consider the use of the word “like” when in fact you mean other things (“for instance”, “that‘s to say”, “I mean”, etc.). “Like” turned to be a kind of virus in the speech of young people today. Anyway, I appreciate your content, which is very informative.

    How often do you get clients asking you for managing thier social media and how much do you charge and what is that you offer is it just writing specefic content or you tailor your services based on the customer's needs? And how did you handle the work of your first client did you do it all yourself or did you hire freelancers?

    • @ThomasIm
      @ThomasIm  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Depends on the clients' needs. I hired a freelancer

    So you're do arbitraging? Like you find people to hire and sell it for more? This guy did that similar and he has a team as well. He's making $10K/m now but he did it for 10 years already.

    Don’t be fooled just because they are physically there that doesn’t mean they are working. Most are probably passing time to save face
