    It makes a nice change to see someone with a good range of tools. Not just a slave to snap on.

    Hey Working Class Garage, that is a very beautiful & sexy toolbox that you have! Don't see very many toolboxes with the skinny hutch. Very nicely organized with lots of tools! I really appreciate you sharing your toolbox inventory with us. I know how much it takes (time/money) to build a tool & toolbox collection such that you have. I finally did my 1st toolbox inventory about 3 months ago. I know that I really appreciate all the comments that I get good/bad. Thanks again.

    I like the cut outs in the foam for the screwdriver heads. Better for getting your fingers in there.

    Great tour.I do agree on the magnetic spark plug set and have not dropped a spark plug since I bought it.Same with the Gearwrench serpentine belt tool set as well.Some tools from Harbor Freight are a hit or miss basically.

    Great tour man. I recommend to anyone who doesn’t know the Milwaukee M18 gen 2 fuel 1/2” impact its good for anything from auto mechanics to heavy equipment Techs but on power setting 3 its a bit too strong for most auto needs but power 1 & 2 will do 98% of jobs and then you have 1400 ft lb if you need it I love mine beats dewalt and now all my buddies at work are swapping snap on,IR, and Matco for the Milwaukee

      I got that on promo with a set. 1/2 3/8 flashlight, charger ..and the speaker for free. I bought a 3/8 21 socket just got lug nuts and now I barely hacer you use the half.i absolutely recommend, will exceed you arm and shoulder a lot of you get stuck doing express work for a day or 2. But I do agree that half is so powerful

    6:52. Swedish pipe wrench.
    Bahco make them for Snap On. Bahco is now owned by Snap On.
    If you don't have access to a Snap On guy, you can get the Bahco online. It is one of those tools that is a last resort, when everything else has failed, it saves the day.
    Knipex Cobra's should be the first tool anyone of any trade should buy.

    Fucking awesome looking box, love the colors and the small hutch in the middle. I'd give my neighbors left... hell I'd give you both his nuts for a box like that. Blackhawk is a proto tool line, all owned by Stanley black and decker, same as Mac tools. Can't agree more with the magnetic spark plug sockets, I've never had to worry about getting a spark plug socket stuck on a plug out of an engine anymore. I'm not a dewilt fan but it's nice to see that you can use the dewilt batteries on the Mac stuff. You must have a really good Mac tools guy, that's the most Mac stuff I've seen in a toolbox in a long time.

      Thanks for the info man, I forget where I even got those things but they come in handy on the GM 1.4 engines. Yeah I have a great Mac guy, he is here every single week and always takes care of me.

      Retail on the box is about $20,000. I did a trade in and got a very good deal. After my trade in (that I had about $4,000 in) I paid $8,500 out of pocket for it.

    in your opinion who makes the best impact sockets?

    • @workingclassgarage
      @workingclassgarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have had really good luck with grey pneumatic, that is what most of mine are. They're cheap and seem to hold up very well, plus lifetime warranty and two of my tool guys will warranty them for me.

    How would you rate the snap on low profile socket set for 1/4 drive.

    • @workingclassgarage
      @workingclassgarage  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rabidsolution I like it a lot. Not something you will use a lot but it's one of those tools that when you need it, you're glad you have it. I use the ratchet and the bit socket with a torx bit in it the most probably.

    You could have gave us some Brands especially in the Drawer that had all your different type Bits. Hex, Torx, etc. none of those open Blow Molded Cases gave us any idea as to what Brands those were. You can’t go by Color of Case anymore because every Company uses these Colors.
    It would not have added much time to the Video, besides most of us are accustomed to a Professional Mechanics Toolbox Tour lasting anywhere from 45 mins to an 60+ mins.

      I don't feel as if I've wasted any money, this box/tools helps me make a very good living for me and my family. People that spend over 100k on college and can't find a job making more than 50k a year is wasted money in my opinion. I do agree though, it is pretty ;)
