    Thanks for the info. But the external validity of this intervention needs to be discussed because in resource limited settings this is almost impossible. Moreover, the procedure should be user friendly and financially viable in order for it to be really useful. There a lot of uncertainties currently about this procedure.

    nice explanation, but there's a transient phase where there is an increase in muscle tone, reflexes, and irritability followed by deterioration.

    I have a child with GDD PROBABLY HIE and he is 11 Yrs old going 12 now this year 2021
    He is also cleft palate and speechless
    But he never experienced the moderate and severe problems and I think its mild case of HIE...
    Can anyone help me about this problem to my son

    Do they do cold therapy for mild HIE or only for moderate to severe?

      Yes at the time of injury to reduce disability outcomes or complications
