Thank you, I appreciate hearing this. The 7-A is better than I thought it would be, the Hi Fi speaker was over driven at times on the high end, but that would be manageable with EQ, the horn was interesting, again better then I anticipated, but of course, bandwidth limited top and bottom end. The 7A seems like its a little fragile if over driven, but would be worth getting at some point.

Chart the frequency range of the horn speaker, and use it to build a full range speaker, complete with crossover and L-Pad.

This is really neat. What were these used for? Would this have been connected to a radio?

Using any sort of cell phone or other device such as an iPad or iPod for a source of audio is a very bad idea. The audio from such devices is quite high in distortion in its own right. Should have used a reel to reel deck or turntable. The results would have been much better.

Can it be connected with any normal amplifier? Tks.

It sounds like the input is far more sensitive than any modern amp and thus can be easily overloaded. I'm guessing that even a crystal radio set could drive it. Apparently the volume is controlled by secondary taps on the input transformer. Did you cheat and use another output transformer for the low-impedance modern speaker?

WHY DID YOU NOT PLAY SOMETHING MODERN ???
