I think I found out why people really like this song. It's very simple but not simple enough to be boring the instrumental doesn't change much but it keeps you in the action constantly which gives it an intense feeling. It fits the name "Final Fight". Also the song sounds fast and slow , slow at some parts and fast in other parts that's what helps the pacing of the song since it's pretty lengthy being over four minutes. Weed has very good songs too but they are very chaotic and some people don't really like that so Messy is here to calm the ost down a bit. Wow I made a fucking paragraph for a fnf song wth. Edit : Also the newer chromatics help a ton as well. FF is fourth best imo , Twinkle is my number one yes very overrated but I like how chaotic it is.

TheRealMessy is the composer for this song in the third week. Also Rebirth is another Peter vs Ernie The Chicken song and is most likely gonna fit in Freeplay or for another week. That should explain everything hopefully :). Edit : Messy is Ost control pretty much not letting all the songs be chaotic and giving breaks sometimes. Hayseed is the main Musician and has all the chaotic songs. Meanwhile Messy does the pretty calm but intense songs to balance it out.

This song is a 5.5 / 10 for me. This is not the best song in DT it's very eh for me. The instrumental is simple which I usually like but the beat is too simple and doesn't change much which is a problem since it doesn't sound like a "FINAL FIGHT" sounds more like a "Regular Fight on Tuesday". The beat has some good bass and I like that shit but besides that the instruments are kinda lacking intensity IMO. The chromatics are great I like them all. Peter's are a bit eh for me but it works for this song as well as Ernie he sounds eh as well but not bad. Quagmires are always good imo even if his section is a bit too long with much not going on. The thing that holds this one back for me is the instrumental besides that im fine with the chromatics. Way too simple and not changing much also mixing and mastering could've been better also more instruments could've helped it feel more intense. Also this song could be shorter it doesn't need to be four minutes long it feels bloated imo. Twinkle worked with the long length because it's very intense and chaotic the whole time and has a really nice energy. I don't like comparing the two but they are both the same length so I think it's fair. I don't like being negative on these songs but this one is low-down in the DT ost imo. It's a D Tier song sadly for me but it's not bad it's just something I wouldn't listen to too much. Edit : This is my opinion okay. It's probably not the best opinion but this is how I feel about this song. Also I know this is the old version but I'm saying this for both versions of the song. The revamp is better with instrumental but worse with the chromatics which is weird but hey I like it better than the original.
