Joe being the big villain just hits different with me.
The episode where Brian becomes a cop, and he teams up with Joe is my FAVOURITE episode as the dynamic is just so strong. Im sure most expected Stewie or Peter to be against Brian, but instead they just feel like one of many in a mindless army. The same is said for quagmire, as when corrupted, he (and peter) often turn into mutants.
Quagmire requires more control by the glitch to be corrupted, and peter has only ever been apart of amalgamations. These two cannot be held by the virus alone, so it often takes all its energy to get these characters. Joe and cleveland have never been an issue to become corrupted, so seeing Joe secretely be the most powerful corrupted character is such a nice twist.
The song also has a calm and hopeful feeling to it, whislt also retaining the intensity the glitch brings. The fact that the song is also 8 minutes long just makes me love it even more. For some strange reason, i have a thing for these long songs
This has to be my favourite pibby song out there, it just feels so perfect, and if this were to be after "Aftermath" and act as the grand finale, I wouldn't even be complaining.
what about stewie? he is weak to the corruption, but has the brains to survive and counter attack. he has been only been corrupted twice (after rooten family, and cataclysm) , so the corruption values him more so they make his corrupted form strong so he can't escape
@@SuperSussyBob however, he is always on his own. Stewie is interesting because when corrupted his body is morphed the most, though I imagine that's just because he is small and not powerful without gadgets. Peter, on the other hand, is always apart of amalgamations, and the ONLY one who is always abused in terms of power by the virus. You could argue that stewie is powerful when corrupted, but notice how a single man that says giggity handled him on his own. Peter when amalgamated took down bf Brian AND stewie.
@simbastudios0911 true. His corrupted form lost to a person that says gigdy. But he has the determination to fight against it. He almost escaped the corruption. He also escaped it 2 other times. And also injured the gigdy man. Also 'killed' Joe in abhorrence.

I love how brian was afraid at the beginning, but as soon as stewie got corrupted he wanted to avenge him. He seems to not care when when he encounters stewie corrupted, he turned it into determination to save him. He couldn't let his guard down, it shows how he has been brave the past few songs!

Story: After cataclysm, brian went back to find civilans. Actually, Cleveland, Peter's corrupted self, Quagmire, Stewie, and Joe arrived to fight Brian. He has to save Stewie and The Guys.
Ye he was in catylphy and then saved death in deathly dyslotha and then he found Cleveland in renunion
Weird Stewie was at the end of aftermath and he was safe and sound by the end

Nothing is exciting me more than seeing Brian as the main hero. He was my favorite character till they made him more narcissistic. Here he’s awoken as a good dog that will save his friends and family no matter what.

@@PizzaPogg I like this song but imo the orchestral vibe should've been pushed more and it had more bass so it doesn't sound empty in some parts. Maybe that's just me tho no hate just being honest. Also the song is very slow for a eight minute song and I wish it had more fast parts.
The last part is great however and is my favorite part indeed. Honestly this should've went for Orchestral / Breakbeat feel but hey that's whatever.

Brian isn’t scared of Stewie being infected, instead, he turned that into hope that he can save him
Stewie is actively resisting it, he sings a bit at the end, implying he is started to win his battle against it.
Joe is not saved in Necromancy, but he isn’t in the hivemind, showing he can disconnect whenever he wants,

(EDIT): okay so apparently Brian shot Joe so much he got ejected from the glitch due to the damage taken, he is uncorruptable and unsaveable, Joe is actually dead.

This song should’ve been the finale ngl. I have the same feelings for this song as deathly dystopia. I used to think this was the best and it surprisingly still is for me, I will say it’s a very long song to be the first song of chapter 3 ngl. Still a absolute banger. I bet the v2 version of this song will be even more of a banger and same goes with Deathly Dystopia.
Idk man I like the beginning and the final two minutes but the middle feels like filler and it could've added more tbh.
I just realized this is like identity crisis but swapped around so everyone is corrupted but brian yet brian was the only one who was corrupted and everyone else was not corrupted in identity crisis (except retep at least)

I really enjoy this old version of Reunion. But I do wonder how the revamp version would sound like because there is a lot you can take from this original version and make it much better and more epic.
