@@Youwood667 It wasn't a copyright issue.. It's just how the R's and L's in japanese language are... In some sections (usually in rough manga translations) Alabasta is Arabasta and Luffy is Ruffy... If you actually listen when Luffy calls out to Zoro he says Zolo and Zoro says Ruffy but properly translated its how we know it to actually be.. I'm not sure on exact specifics of the language but that is why

To give context to anyone that gets here after all is said and done, its been ages since 1062 came out and then he starts a premiere for it to happen in the next month
This fight is honestly better than the manga. Like, the fight was cool in the manga, but it was frankly weaker than Queen vs Sanji. There was little character development from both King and Zoro, with Kaido even taking more focus than King in his own flashback. And King, aside from his durability, didn't seem THAT strong. But here in the anime? I 100% believe this guy is the second in command of the strongest creature. And the VA did a great job with King, not to mention all the fantastic animation and impact frames.
How did king not seem strong when he was clashing with coc coating
The anime showed King as an absolute menace, he could destroy a city in seconds.

Finally, someone used the Squidward line for Albers face reveal. I was on the verge to edit that myself.
The destructive capability, speed, range, and aoe(area of effect) King displayed in this fight was TOP tier. Shows a CLEAR gap in power between King and Queen. King stock went up⬆️. The shockwave at the end that was a combination of Zoro's haki and King's flames rivaled Onigashima in size. This is easily a top 3 one piece fight. Honestly its one of the best fights in all of anime.
Not really because this was exaggerated in the anime. King doesnt have gravity fruit and so is zoro. Those flying rocks were overly done. Oda never drew something like in chapter 1035. So if you’re gonna power scale, use the manga as reference because anime tends to change a lot of things or make things exaggerated for better views and for better episode overall. Not saying queen is equal to king but those two’s power level shouldn’t be too far out from each other as portrayed by oda. There’s a reason queen was given 1.32B and king 1.39B by oda. If oda meant for king to be really strong, he’d give king a 2-3B bounty to portray the power level.
@@King-2077 oda has to confirm what they put in the anime. It was exaggerated whatsoever. In fact in think it added more depth, detail, and context to oda's actual vision of the fight. Oda was rushing to finish wano by that point, hence why in the manga it wasn't nearly as good.
@@jeremiahsmith7706 nope, we have no proof that oda had to sit down there during production and say what he wanted and what not. Oda’s a pretty busy guy working on his manga. The anime adaptation is being put on someone from toei, forgot her name but oda mentioned that person and were grateful. Oda said she wqs like the boss of one piece anime adaptation. And sure you can also say she has to confirm things with oda but as far as fights like these, im sure oda just agreed to this if he ever did just for views. They had to pad the episodes my guy and at the end of the day toei as a company needed the views for the money. With that said, manga will always be the bible because that’s what oda drew himself. If oda wanted to rush the fight why did he drag this fight? This fight was going on since chapter 1023 along with sanji’s fight. And dont tell me adding flying rocks in the manga is hard for mangaka like oda. Oda portrayed everything he wanted in the manga, anime exaggerates that.
@@King-2077 King was always clearly superior to queen, and even in their dialogues with each other, king didn't have much respect for queen. even though they were crewmates and should be on more equal terms, king always viewed queen as inferior to him. maybe because king is kaido's second in command, or cause he's a lunarian, but he never really showed queen any respect. king was always clearly superior to queen in the manga, and in the anime that point is really driven further.

So, making sense of the King of Hell Purgatory Oni Giri. First look to the name and the difference from the Kamazo (Killer) fight. It was just Purgatory Oni Giri back then, implying this is Zoros Armament Haki infused version of the attack. So this one adds his Conquerers Haki that he's spiking through Enma for added boosts. I imagine the multiple purple slashes are part of the enhanced aspects of the attack and they have to do with his Ashura energy. I believe this explains those phantom slashes, which if I can count correctly, seemed to be six.
