Jungkook has perfect pitch and from what I understand, people with perfect pitch also have an easier time picking up accents, because accent in a language is pretty much the melody of the language. You can also hear it when Jungkook speaks English. He's not fluent, but he has the sound of the language pretty much down.

I didn't listen to it for over 24 hours because it broke me. I'm trying to get over a breakup and I cried for 3 hours the first time. I waited a while and listened again. Broke down in tears again. So tonight I thought a reaction might be easier. Still crying but partly because of the song and partly because of Jungkook's amazing heavenly vocals. I love all of his solos and covers but this is over the top sublimity.
Jungkook is so incredibly talented. His versatility and vocal skills are crazy. One of his strengths is that he is able to make these vocal adjustments according to what the song requires. Learning to add rasp for actually for dynamite which you can hear in live performances.

JK has always had the rasp in his voice.....but, with BTS, they just don't always show that. If you go to some of BTS's older music, you can hear his rasp. So emotional....check out "Let Me Know" live performance!

Bang PD told them to grow the group and they could do anything that they wanted later. They are who they are because of each other, and that is why they put the group first. Each one of them has their own music now. But those songs are sung at a BTS concert. Their label market and promote them on genius level. It really amazes me that there are people in the world that don't like them. Just you wait....I bet we will be seeing them do some cool stuff. In the interview in 1 of variety show in SK, JK said that from the early beginning of BTS, he was doing a radical training vocal for him self. Rather than unusual that the vocal teachers tell him to do. He was started to sing in everywhere and any place that he could be.. thats why he could have very stable voice in the group.
JK’s vocals have evolved so much. In this cover his lower register is something we don’t get to hear a lot of and it is Phenomenal! He has a natural vibrato and perfect pitch, so there is literally NOTHING he can’t sing! Fun factoid….he did all the backing vocals…he is harmonizing with himself and it is so beautiful. He is simply a born singer.

Their recent releases doesn’t do Jungkook or his voice justice and so many recent fans think that he isn’t that good and all but you should really listen to his covers, both English and korean covers and also their old songs, also the demo of his own song decalcomania!! The smart thing with BTS is that they have all been making solo songs with their individual styles right on BTS albums, as well as mixtapes and stuff. I think this is brilliant cause they each have a chance to show their individuality without having to “break off” from the group. That plus the fact that they are each other’s biggest fans- they love and encourage each other so much- instead of jealousy there’s support. It’s very inspiring 💜💜💜
Today is the anniversary of the last live BTS concert before Covid. Two years ago, today. We think that's why he released this today. Based on the lyrics, he seems to be worried that ARMY no longer loves or needs him, or the other members of BTS.

Jungkook does the rasp in Dynamite intro too and yes it's a new thing that he has been doing for a while. Also, he really has a good ear, you know like how skilled singers have this thing that they are really good at imitating other singers' techniques...he has that. The cool thing is that their solo stuff is most of the time even integrated into their albums. So you get to see and hear them individually on stage at performances too! Though the "PTD on Stage" concert does not have any solo songs (which is unusual). But because of their huge discography there are enough OT7 songs to fill multiple concerts and we love to see them perform all together :)

Their recent releases doesn’t do Jungkook or his voice justice and so many recent fans think that he isn’t that good and all but you should really listen to his covers, both English and korean covers and also their old songs, also the demo of his own song decalcomania!! There’s a reason why korean vocal and music critics, also producers and DJ’s always mention him when they talk about vocals!!! That man just doesn’t sing, he actually sing sings!!! Like you said, he did mention that he doesn’t like to just force himself into the song while singing, cuz if he tries to force himself in a song then it will collapse!! He sees singing as painting, he likes to paint in the colours as he goes on, not force it but let the song, music, lyrics and emotions lead the song!!!

The smart thing with BTS is that they have all been making solo songs with their individual styles right on BTS albums, as well as mixtapes and stuff. I think this is brilliant cause they each have a chance to show their individuality without having to “break off” from the group. That plus the fact that they are each other’s biggest fans- they love and encourage each other so much- instead of jealousy there’s support. It’s very inspiring 💜💜💜

The cool thing is that their solo stuff is most of the time even integrated into their albums. So you get to see and hear them individually on stage at performances too! Though the "PTD on Stage" concert does not have any solo songs (which is unusual). But because of their huge discography there are enough OT7 songs to fill multiple concerts and we love to see them perform all together :)

They have done solo work for years. They have no issues with each other doing solos in fact they all help each other and encourage the solo work. There is no worries of it causing a break up. They will never break up even when they are done performing.

Jungkook is the main singer and the lead dancer of BTS. He is the youngest member (24), but the members rely on him a lot. He has massive talent in many fields.
