I just built this in my world and will decorate tomorrow. This was a super easy tutorial to follow and click through to parts I needed to go back to. Overall absolute 10/10! This will make a great home for my farmer villagers to live. Thanks!
this design is beautiful ♥ it generates around 3k SU in create mod when replacing the fences with windmill frames and wool with windmill sails for anyone curious
Thanks for the tutorial!❤ I enjoyed building this in my survival world. And a message to cozy gamers: I swapped out Oak Logs for Stripped oak instead, anything that was Spruce i used Oak instead, polished Andesite/or Diorite instead of any Deepslate, polished Diorite instead of the the orange roof, and Birch wood for where the Oak walls would go on top 😊. The color pallete is much softer and cozier. ✨️
I would consider myself a pretty good Builder, and I wanted to build a little windmill for my small village, and this was a great sample I used to learn how to build windmills. I changed some of the stuff about the build I didn't like, but it looks super fantastic. And I give the Blades of the Windmill a 10 out of 10. They just look so good. Thank you!!!❤
Awesome tutorial! Currently building this in one of my worlds for my bees and tulip field! I’m making a Netherlands themed build and this will fit right in!
@@Goldrobin I completed the build, swapped out spruce for jungle (since I havent used jungle much) and added a little height to it. Thank you so much for the video and the inspiration!!
Built this in my survival world in the world I share with my brother, but made it pink and it looks pretty good too. I had to trust the process, ty for the easy tutorial!
I just built this in my world. It took me like 6 hours cause I'm a very slow builder and I'm building it in survival, and I took some creative liberties (like replacing deepslate with andesite because I don't wanna deal with the nether) but it still looks so awesome! Thank you so much!
Hey man, just wanted to say that ur builds look amazing, never thought of using barrels as a starter block for a wooden pillar, and i love the fact that u create a gradient in ur builds as u did with the 6 tall stone walls, started off with mossy cobble and such and ended with bricks (I know im just saying literally what u did but it looks so good,)most of my friends dont put that much thought into their builds while i try to tell a story with my houses and stuff. Love ur work
I just finished building this, and overall it a wonderful build, but I did have issues figuring out which way I had to build the sails and width of certain parts. It's came out great, but I am exhausted lol. Thank you♡
I gotta say, i use the propellers or wind sails design on other builds. Your design is a superb! Building an airship right now and slapped your wind sail right on the back of it. The onlt change i make is slapping end rods at the end of each on, as mob proofing and a bit of extra detail.
Used this as a starter base on my friends and I’s server, it works perfectly! I’ve added a little horse stall onto the side and surrounded it with little wheat fields with cobble walls, the area feels so cozy now!
Hi, I made the windmill exactly like the video BUT, I failed on the side to build the sails, so I built the door on one side and the sails on the side, btw it doesnt look bad, love the video, please keep the content. Amazing skills on building!
i love the style. i had to change it up a bit (make some parts taller and others i just redid entirely) in order to get it to work with create mod and fit my town design, but its a great inspiration!
Very easy to follow. The only thing that can be bothersome is that you do not say which blocks are used. This can be confusing sometimes with similar looking blocks like the deepslate variants
The build is beautiful but I think it's a shame that the interior isn't build like a real windmill, in fact windmill was build for grind seeds to make flour bake in the time but the exterior of your build is fire❤🔥❤🔥
@@afumati9944THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT HOW TO MAKE THEM SWIRL, DUDE- 💀 (Pretty sure we now they go in the front of the building, they were probably having problem with what direction the wind sails go 😭)
It's awesome but it's hard to see the windmill part on the top since they're the same color wood. I would recommend using a different color just to show
Am I the only one that never had enough of any of the materials? I mean i ran out of stone, I ran out of the walls, i think the material numbers are wrong, or i just miscalculated

was building a windmill but didnt know how to make the blades. the blades for this build were exactly what i was looking for. thank you !
Glad you like them! Took me some time to get them right, they are not easy to build! :D

very useful for my smp thx
Thanks you, this is good building. I very like☄️💥
This looks great in my village on my friends server, i made 4 of em.
Super build
I built it in version 1.20 replacing some blocks with cherry wood to match my map and it looks VERY beautiful 🌸 thank you! 💖

Why couldn’t he show us which way he was building the sails because now I don’t know.
obviously in the front lol? I think it's pretty obvious you're gonna want the sails to face wherever the front of your building is

Guess who’s going to try to get the sails spinning on this build

Got far into it on a survival server.
Only to get slammed with the windmill pattern and finding out its impossible to do without flying
It is possible, you just need to build a platform so you get easy access! It might be annoying, but you can do it!
