It's the saddest truth, the cops says when they apprehend this criminal they are too smart to evade justice in the justice system and the best way is to eliminate them one by one. I don't know who is right or wrong since this gangsters pose threat to every innocent civilian. I think there is a need to call for judicial reforms to establish special courts to deal with capital offences within a short timeline just like U.S and introduction of juries inorder to have fair justice. As they say Justice delayed is justice denied. A Murder case shouldn't drag in Court for years since it contains sensitive evidence which could be easily be contaminated or even material witness chances of withdrew their statements based on compromise. To deal with extrajudicial killing first we need extensive judicial reforms and DCI personnel get advance training inorder to have CSI scientific knowledge of extracting evidence on a crime scene.
