Unfortunately I don't know off the top of my head on this one. It would probably take somebody from our professional services team to do some hands on troubleshooting to give some better support on this questions. There are several types of "entity" records so maybe search to find the internal ID for 4140 to determine what type of record it is (e.g. customer record) and then make sure you have the permissions for that entity record.
Is there any way to assign role to multiple users in bulk like importing the user records?
