This is a 2-bedroom basement apartment in Coquitlam, British Columbia. It costs $1200 per month excluding utilities (which is paid every 2 months). It has historically cost roughly around $70 for utilities ( about $35 per month for ALL utilities).

I am aware, this video took me a while to film and upload and that is why I have made it super, super detailed (hence, 40 minutes long, lol).
As the basement expert that I am (lol), I have taken the liberty to compare and contrast my previous basement flat to this one and highlight the main issues.
