I spent a day walking around London, photographing and videoing my favourite spots in Greenwich for this guide. Biggest takeaway? There’s so much to see in the Greenwich area!
From big hitters like the The Old Royal Naval College, Royal Observatory, the National Maritime Museum to weirder sights like the remains of Queen Caroline’s bath these are the things to do in Greenwich, London you shouldn’t miss.

I love your informative presentation video on Greenwich, its history and sights to see. It brings memories back to me especially I had the privilege to have worked at the Queen's House in 2012 during the time Greenwich became a Royal Borough. I've been visiting Greenwich from the age of 12 now I'm 58 and I'm still as enthusiastic when I'm there. I used to park my vintage car in the park and I have always been impressed by its surroundings incorporating Flamsteed's House, NMHM, tea places the famous oak trees etc. Unfortunately the gales of 1987 uprooted many species of trees in Greenwich Park include an 800 or so hollowed oak tree that was protected around by an iron fence. It was said Henry 8th used to chase Ann Boleyn around this tree and his daughter Elizabeth 1st use to bring refreshments into the hollowed part of the tree. Greenwich is a lovely place to visit for the whole day, plenty to see, explore, watch a movie at Picturehouse, day at the theatre and plenty spots to enjoy drinks and food.

Greenwich is my hood. I was born in greenwich, lived allmarojnd it as a kid. Go back from time to tike to reminisce, played cricket in front of the Rangers house for 7 seasons. Brilliant place.
I have purchased a ticket for the painted hall, do we have to book for the other places too? Like the Queen's room?
If you mean Queen's house, its a separate building from where the Painted Hall is, and free to enter!
